Developing the Young Workforce North Highland

Are you a budding baker? Do you love experimenting with new recipes and ingredients in the kitchen? Whether it’s cake, biscuit, bread, pie or another baked item, we’re here for it all!

The Taste North Challenge is back again for 2023 and DYW North Highland is delighted to once again sponsor he 16-24 year old category! But, don’t worry – there is a chance for the whole family to take part! For this year’s challenge there are 3 categories:

15 and under

16-24

So get your apron out and it’s ready steady bake for the Taste North Challenge! Your innovative new baking product must use at least one Caithness & Sutherland “hero” ingredient.

Entry forms must be sent in by Friday 3rd November 2023 and entries must be brought along and judged at Taste North on the 5th November, East Caithness Community Facility, Wick High School!
