Developing the Young Workforce North Highland

The workshop will start to introduce the concept of strengths and weaknesses in terms of skills development.
It will introduce pupils into what “Employability Skills” are and why they are important for the future – particularly when seeking employment
It will encourage pupils to identify their strengths and weaknesses in an employability skills context.
The workshop is designed to start to get pupils thinking about the content and development of their CV through profiling themselves.
All this discovery in a series of fun activities with the opportunity to participate in the Grand Finale of the “Employability Skills Gladiator Challenge” – May the best team win.
