Caithness International Science Festival: Gin-eology – The Science of Gin
Join Martin Murray, owner and Master Distiller at Dunnet Bay Distillery, as he chats about production processes and how he selects the botanicals used in their award-winning spirits. This talk will conclude with a guided tasting of Rock Rose Gin, Pink Grapefruit Old Tom Gin, Spring Edition Gin and Holy Grass Vodka.
Kindly donated by Dunnet Bay Distillers, there are a limited number of free tasting samples available for collection in Caithness only from Bin Ends Thurso or Wick.
You can still join the event without the free tasting samples – perhaps you already have some or all of the spirits listed above, or you’d like to purchase some miniatures and join the fun – whether you join in with the tasting or not, it’s sure to be an interesting evening!
